Simply browse our store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete payment — it's that easy!

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Contact us at novatechub.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0339 0054 900.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders may take 1–2 extra business days for verification.

Q: Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

Q: How long does delivery take?
- Karachi: 1–2 business days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
- Remote areas: 4–6 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders during our Grand Opening Sale.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your parcel through our courier's website.

Q: Which courier service do you use?
We work with Leopards, TCS, and Trax for safe and timely delivery across Pakistan.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused in original packaging, defective/damaged on arrival, or an incorrect item was received.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us via WhatsApp 0339 0054 900 or email novatechub.pk@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or wrong, we cover shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the shipping fee.

Yes! All products are 100% original sourced from authorized distributors. We carry Logitech, Redragon, Attack Shark, Aula, and more.

Q: Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, most products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Check the individual product page for details.

Q: What if a product is out of stock?
