At NovaTecHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging
Digital products or software

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us with proof of the damage.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
