Return & Refund Policy – NovaTecHub

At NovaTecHub, we are committed to delivering quality gaming peripherals and PC components. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and cables must be included
  • Serial number stickers and warranty seals must be intact and unremoved
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

How to Request a Return Email us at support@novatechub.pk with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with after delivery
  • Items with missing packaging, accessories, or removed serial number/warranty stickers
  • Software, digital licenses, or product keys (once revealed or activated)
  • Opened consumables such as thermal paste, cable ties, or cleaning kits
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Defective or Damaged on Arrival If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
