Shipping Policy – NovaTecHub
At NovaTecHub, we strive to deliver your gaming gear and PC components as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping – Same City: Same day delivery (order before 12 PM)
- Express Shipping – Other Cities: Next day delivery to most major cities across Pakistan
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination country
Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic)
- Express Shipping (Same Day / Next Day)
- International Shipping (29+ countries)
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Delays NovaTecHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, strikes).
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
